Collab with my onee-chan *CreamyWay ^^ As you can guess, she drew it, inked it and colored Neo's eyes.
I am the one who colored it and I drew Stellar' eye too (that's why it looks so strange XD)
I drew snow because when Stellar got killed it was in Russia and it was snowing. T'was so sad TT.TT My poor Steeeelllarrr x_x
